Honey

Spring Valley Apiary, a small apiary north of Brighton, is operated by Martin McVety. Martin produces small batches of raw honey while adhering to organic practices. Martin believes that the key to great honey starts with healthy bees. His primary focus is the overall health of his honey bees. Spring Valley Apiary won 1st place at the Ontario Honey Festival contest in October 2019 and is available for purchase at the Country Store.
