Pickled Vegetables

At the Country Store we offer a wide selection of pickled veggies; bread and butter, dill pickle, family dill pickles, relish, two flavours of pickled beets, zucchini relish, dill zucchini, dill green beans, dill yellow beans, dill carrots. All of our vegetables are grown organically on the farm. The recipe for the brine is a vinegar base secret passed down from generations. We grow our own crop of music garlic that we use in our pickling.
