Angus beef comes from a breed of cattle called Aberdeen Angus originating from Scotland. It has significant muscle content which means the meat has greater marbling qualities. Good marbling means fat is dispersed thinly and evenly throughout the meat, ensuring the consistent texture, juiciness and flavour. Our cattle are raised on a 100% grass diet. During the warmer months they are grazing on pasture. We move them from one field to another which permits the recovery of growth of the pasture plants, ensuring there is always fresh grass. During the winter they are fed hay that we harvested from our hay fields. These fields are not synthetically fertilized or sprayed. Our cattle are simply natural from start to finish.
