Salt Spring Sea Salt is a British Columbia based company producing world famous Fleur de Sel.  By using a French culinary tradition, Fleur de Sel is made from pure sea salt found on Sea Spring Island.

These are not cooking salts, they are an after cook seasoning which is what makes these salts special.  With only a pinch of salt sprinkled on your salads, meats or desserts,  you will fully enhance your meal from ordinary, to a culinary expirience.

These salts come in a rock form or “Flower of Salt” which crumble into a granular salt once pinched together in your fingers.
